Editorial Policy

VeepWork is an operator-led insights platform created to share real-world lessons, frameworks, and perspectives from founders and senior operators who have built, scaled, and led companies. This Editorial Policy outlines how our content is created, reviewed, and maintained to ensure accuracy, credibility, and trust.

Our Editorial Principles

All content published on VeepWork is guided by the following principles:

  • Experience-first: Content is grounded in real-world execution, not theory alone.
  • Accuracy: Claims are based on direct experience, verified information, or clearly cited sources.
  • Clarity: We aim to explain complex topics in a clear, practical, and honest way.
  • Independence: Editorial decisions are not influenced by advertisers or partners.
  • Transparency: Opinions, assumptions, and limitations are clearly stated.

Who Creates Our Content

VeepWork content is written by founders, operators, and subject-matter experts with hands-on experience across startups, scaleups, and growing businesses. Contributors write only within areas where they have direct professional experience.

Anonymous authorship is not permitted. Every article is attributed to a real individual with an author profile outlining their background and experience.

Content Review Process

Before publication, content may go through an editorial review process that includes:

  • Review for clarity, relevance, and accuracy
  • Assessment of claims based on experience or supporting evidence
  • Checks for misleading, exaggerated, or unsupported statements
  • Evaluation of potential conflicts of interest

While not every article is formally fact-checked in a journalistic sense, we take reasonable steps to ensure content reflects honest experience and responsible interpretation.

Use of AI and Tools

VeepWork may use editorial tools, including AI-assisted software, to support research, drafting, or editing. However, AI tools do not replace human judgment or real-world experience.

Final responsibility for content accuracy, tone, and intent always rests with a human author or editor.

Conflicts of Interest

Contributors are expected to disclose any material relationships, financial interests, or affiliations that could reasonably be perceived as influencing their content.

Where relevant, such disclosures are made within the article or author profile.

Corrections and Updates

VeepWork is committed to accuracy and transparency. If a factual error is identified, we will correct it promptly and, where appropriate, note the update.

Content may also be updated over time to reflect new information, changes in best practices, or evolving industry conditions.

External Links and References

Articles may include links to third-party resources for context or reference. Inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content of external sites.

Editorial Independence

VeepWork maintains full editorial independence. Sponsored content, if any, is clearly labeled and separated from editorial content.
